It is hot!!

And we are swimming a lot because of it. We love, love, love the water. Good thing both sets of grandparents have pools so we can go swim anytime we want. We also ended up buying a cheapo baby pool for the backyard. It's been fun. We really don't like having it out there because of Gabriel, though, so we empty it out all the time. Too scary to have a huge drowning risk right there in the backyard. And Gabriel loves the water so we know he'd go right on in if he somehow managed to get the back door open.

 

 

Gabriel loved the diving board at my parents' house. He saw Frejya jumping off of it so he wanted to. He just hopped on up there and walked to the edge. He isn't the best jumper yet, so instead he would just sit down and then scoot off into the water (obviously Gabe was right there to catch him). He probably would have done this over and over again all day if we'd let him.
